Job summary

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- CDL Class B with air brake endorsement.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 card required.
- 1 year of clean CDL driving experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Schedules, implements, and maintains a preventative maintenance program for all vehicles and equipment.
- Directs, trains, and oversees technicians to emphasize safety as a top priority.
- Ensures optimum vehicle performance through adjustments, inspections, and rebuilds as needed.
- Maintains complete repair history documentation via the Transman program for every vehicle.
- Ensures full DOT compliance for equipment maintenance.
- Leads in developing technicians through coaching and personal development plans.
- Participates in training and company programs to support goals and values.
