Job summary

Requirements include at least 2 years of hands‑on diesel experience, a valid driver’s license, your own basic tool set, and troubleshooting skills for engines and air brake systems. ASE certifications or a Class A CDL are a plus.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic / Technician to join our team in Lakeland, FL. In this role, you will perform routine preventative maintenance, computer diagnostics, and complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs on heavy‑duty diesel trucks and equipment. Candidates should have at least 2 years of hands‑on diesel experience, a valid driver’s license, their own basic tool set, and troubleshooting skills for engines and air brake systems (ASE certifications or a Class A CDL are a plus).

• We offer competitive pay ($25.00 – $40.00/hr based on experience), full medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and tool allowances.
