Qualifications

• Experience leading and coaching technicians
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and prioritize repair orders for technicians
• Monitor shop workflow to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
• Assist technicians with diagnostics and complex repairs
• Communicate repair status and needs to Service Advisors
• Ensure high‑quality workmanship and reduce repeats
• Coach and develop technicians and shop personnel
• Support technician training and professional development
• Maintain shop equipment, tools, and inventory
• Ensure safety standards and maintenance schedules
• Stay current on industry technology and repair procedures
• Assist with service writing and warranty administration
• Partner with the Service Manager to build a high‑performing team
