Qualifications

  • 1+ year diesel engine repair experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Experience with heavy-duty trucks, trailers, or equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on diesel trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, drivetrains, suspension systems, clutches, hydraulics, steering, fuel, electrical, HVAC, and air brake systems.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and accurately diagnose driver complaints.
  • Identify root causes of part and component failures.
  • Perform inspections and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
  • Complete welding and fabrication repairs as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional shop environment.
  • Maintain and properly use tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Complete all assigned work safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
  • Maintain Minnesota Inspection Certification or obtain certification after hire.

Job Responsibilities
