This hands-on role offers opportunities to enhance technical skills through ongoing training in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include clutch replacements, engine and system diagnostics, and ensuring safety standards.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a diesel technician.
  • Extensive knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance.
  • Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining quality, time, and cost guidelines.
  • Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle systems.
  • Growth mindset: eager to develop skills and stay updated with industry best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Medium-Level Repairs – clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, after-treatment maintenance, and other mid-level repairs.
  • Comprehensive Diagnostics – troubleshoot and repair engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, and electrical components.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance – inspections and repairs per DOT and company safety standards.
  • Streamline Maintenance Processes – collaborate with parts specialists and management to optimize workflow.
