Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance operations nationwide. You will supervise maintenance technicians, manage assets such as commercial vehicles and equipment, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in vehicle maintenance and leadership, with strong knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance software. On-site position with competitive benefits in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in vehicle maintenance and 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems, maintenance coordination, and inventory control.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiar with TMT or similar systems.
• Valid Class C license; Class A preferred; able to perform off-site repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance coordinators and diesel technicians.
• Oversee scheduled maintenance and repairs within timelines.
• Maintain electronic service records for audits and compliance.
• Manage parts inventory, ordering, and tracking.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
• Close out work orders and conduct final inspections.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and route maintenance responses.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll submissions, and time-off requests.
