Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience working on diesel and gas vehicles.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time, tasks, and a team effectively.
• Comfortable with paperwork and reporting.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of 3 mechanics.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel and gas vehicles.
• Assign and manage daily tasks and workflow.
• Complete and maintain accurate paperwork and service records.
• Provide end-of-day summaries of completed work and shop activity.
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed.
• Assist team with complex mechanical issues when needed.
