Job summary

TSP talent is seeking a Lead Mechanic to oversee maintenance and repair of a fleet at an environmental services facility. You will diagnose issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and ensure safety and daily operability of vehicles and equipment.

You will lead and mentor a team of mechanics, prioritize and assign work orders, and coordinate with operations to maintain fleet readiness. Accurate service records and compliance with safety standards will be essential.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills with hands-on experience across complex vehicle and equipment systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical information to diagnose faults.
• Leadership capability to guide and develop other mechanics.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance expectations for fleet maintenance.
• Detail-oriented recordkeeping and effective communication with operations.
