Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing diesel equipment.
• Extensive knowledge of machines, tools, and their maintenance.
• Proficient with computer software, hardware, and machine electronic systems.
• Experience in quality control, testing, inspections, and reporting.
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic schematics and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Rental Shop Technicians to meet production goals.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair heavy equipment and components.
• Mentor and train staff; evaluate performance and provide guidance.
• Process work orders, manage parts, and control repair costs.
• Maintain safe work environment and ensure compliance with policies.
