Qualifications

  • BS in Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry (or equivalent).
  • 7+ years of experience in dielectric deposition process engineering.
  • Strong Wafer Fab and semiconductor equipment experience.
  • Proven technical expertise in dielectric deposition unit processes and Wafer Fab operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas and persuade senior stakeholders.
  • Domestic travel up to 50% per month depending on customer project support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discussions with customers to understand HVPs and define, propose, and implement CIPs.
  • Capture and institutionalize learnings to maximize service opportunities and deliver measurable improvements to customer KPIs.
  • Increase CSA value through defect, variability, COO, preventive maintenance, and process improvements.
  • Identify and drive CSA renewal, upsell, and penetration opportunities.
  • Demonstrate and lead adoption of new service technologies through demos, on-site evaluations, and JDPs.
  • Resolve complex equipment and process issues using advanced analytics and systematic troubleshooting.
  • Generate technical reports and present findings to customers, including BOM/EC data analyses.
  • Serve as a technical authority in dielectric deposition, guiding integration, yield, and manufacturability.
  • Mentor and lead junior MPEs with technical direction and knowledge transfer.
