Qualifications

• RN degree from an accredited program and RN licensure in the applicable state.
• Minimum nursing experience of 9 months with an additional 3 months of dialysis experience.
• RN charge nurses acting in the absence of Clinical Manager must have one year of clinical experience and six months dialysis experience.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and supervision to direct patient care staff.
• Participate in staffing decisions and performance feedback.
• Coordinate charge nurse duties with staff RNs acting in relief charge capacity.
• Assess patient care needs and modify care plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Oversee dialysis treatment delivery, equipment use, and safety procedures.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis therapy and treatment plans.
• Lead monthly staff meetings and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
