Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead daily patient care operations in our Arizona facilities. You will supervise direct care staff, coordinate with RNs and physicians, ensure adherence to policies, and guide staffing and scheduling to maintain safe, quality dialysis services.

Must have RN licensure, 12+ months nursing experience with at least 6 months in dialysis, and supervisory or management experience. CPR certification and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (R.N.) and licensed to practice.
• Minimum 12 months of nursing experience plus 6 months in dialysis-specific care.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance to direct patient care staff and participate in performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; manage scheduling and staffing changes.
• Attend patient care plan meetings; coordinate dialysis care with physicians and other staff.
• Supervise documentation and ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
• Promote OSHA safety and oversee safe facility operations.
