Job summary

Skyelia is seeking a Lead Sonographer - Diagnostic to perform diagnostic ultrasounds across department(s) with independent examinations under physician supervision and peer collaboration. You will lead the ultrasound team and mentor staff while ensuring high-quality imaging.

Hours are 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with holiday and weekend rotation. A sign-on bonus of $15,000 and relocation assistance up to $9,200 are available for eligible external candidates joining from more than 50

Qualifications

• Graduate of a certified CAAHEP school or two-year allied health program with extensive ultrasound training
• Active ARDMS registration in Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular; two registrations acceptable
• Eight years of paid scanning experience
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasounds and other required modalities under physician supervision
• Lead and mentor the ultrasound team; collaborate with peers
• Allocate admin time (minimum 8 hours per week) and support staff development
• Engage in yearly evaluations to maintain Lead status
