Job summary

The Lead also mentors and educates staff, leads the team across work areas, and maintains required credentials. ARDMS Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular certification is essential, with at least eight years of paid scanning experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred CAHEP-CAAHEP program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Radiologic Technology.
• ARDMS certification in Abdomen, OB/GYN, and Vascular is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasounds and required modalities independently under physician supervision.
• Lead and manage the ultrasound team; administer 8 hours per week for administration.
• Mentor and educate staff at all levels; ensure credentialing and ongoing competencies.
