Job summary

Dark Wolf seeks a DevSecOps SME to architect and optimize CI/CD tooling, security paradigms, and observability across the software lifecycle. You will drive shift-left security, zero-trust architectures, and high-reliability platform engineering.

You will lead a team of engineers, define IaC governance, and mentor multi-disciplinary groups while engaging with government stakeholders to deliver high-impact results in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required; active TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years total technical experience with 7+ years in building, securing, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
• 7+ years using automation tools for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Expert-level proficiency with version control and developer tooling (Git, GitLab, Jira).
• Strong systems & networking knowledge: Linux, containers, kernel-level operations, networking basics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for executive and government stakeholders.
• Deep commitment to security protocols and DoD/IC best practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect, maintain and optimize mission-critical CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure.
• Lead automated security integration into pipelines with SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, and container analysis for cATO.
• Design and maintain automated testing architectures (unit, integration, UAT).
• Lead cross-functional efforts to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Define and enforce compliance with DoD security standards and regulations.
• Drive DevSecOps roadmaps, evaluate tools, and mentor engineering teams.
