Job summary

Dark Wolf Solutions, LLC is seeking a Junior DevSecOps Engineer to assist with maintaining CI/CD pipelines and ensuring observability, security, and smooth operations across the software development lifecycle.

You will work with senior engineers to learn Infrastructure-as-Code and modern DevSecOps tools while contributing to pipeline reliability and security compliance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 0–4 years of experience with CI/CD concepts, methodologies, or automated pipelines (academic projects, internships, or professional experience accepted).
• Foundational exposure to automation tools for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaboration tools like Git, GitLab, and Jira.
• Basic Linux systems administration and networking concepts.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills with a security-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Operations Support: Maintain and operate automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
• Security Integration: Integrate security tools and scanning processes into CI/CD workflows (static/dynamic analysis, vulnerability scanning).
• Automated Testing Assistance: Help implement and run automated testing suites (unit/integration/UAT).
• Vulnerability Remediation: Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in deployed apps.
• Security Compliance: Adhere to relevant security regulations, standards, and procedures.
• Mentorship & Growth: Learn Infrastructure-as-Code and modern DevSecOps tools under senior engineers.
