Job summary

C-4 Analytics is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to transform our infrastructure into a scalable, self-service platform. You will own the AWS/GCP footprint, lead Terraform-led environments, and ensure robust, secure, and highly available deployments.

You will implement IAM/OAuth security, build multi-cloud integrations, and partner with engineering leadership to embed CI/CD practices in the SDLC while enabling non-engineering teams to deploy safely.

Qualifications

• Ability to transform centralized infrastructure into scalable, self-service platform.
• Experience with multi-cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) and IAM/OAuth.
• Proficient in Terraform and IaC practices.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, data teams, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Orchestration: Standardize and organize existing infrastructure using Terraform.
• Scalable Access & Authorization: Architect and implement sophisticated authorization and access control models.
• Democratizing Development: Build tooling to enable non-engineering departments to deploy within governed environments.
• Multi-Cloud Integration: Manage AWS footprint and integrate Google Cloud features for IAM and user management.
• Operational Excellence: Integrate CI/CD best practices into the SDLC to support enterprise usage.
