Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of:
• Hands-on experience establishing SecDevOps and CI/CD pipelines from scratch for enterprise solutions
• Leading and implementing enterprise & tech-mandated non-functional requirements (NFR)
• Aligning delivery on performance metrics and SLAs, building tools and frameworks to ensure adherence, and establishing best technology practices
• Working closely with Infosec, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to align with standards and establish CI/CD & SecDevOps practices
• Identifying, managing, and remediating IT risks and tech debt
• Leveraging various on-prem and cloud capabilities for seamless CI/CD integration with build, test, deployment, and monitoring

• Experience with:
• Establishing production operating models, change, incident & defect management
• Frameworks and best practices for seamless integration
• Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift containers (7+ years)
• Cloud providers like OpenShift (OCP), GCP, Azure (5+ years)
• Eclipse/IntelliJ IDE (7+ years)
• CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Harness, UCD, GitHub, Maven, Gradle (5+ years)
• DevSecOps tools like SonarQube, GitLab, Checkmarx, Black Duck (5+ years)
• Deployment, Logging, Monitoring tools like ELK Stack, Splunk, AppDynamics, Liquibase (5+ years)
