Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead DevOps Engineer to design, automate, deploy, and operate an enterprise Amazon Connect platform using AWS architecture, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code.

You will take solutions from concept to production while setting modern engineering standards. You will lead the end-to-end design and engineering of an enterprise Amazon Connect platform, architect secure, scalable AWS solutions, and build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable reliable, repeatable releases

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with experience guiding platform modernization and operational excellence.
• Proven ability to deliver concepts through production releases with Git-driven workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
