Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, automation, deployment, and operation of an enterprise Amazon Connect platform using DevOps and SRE practices. You will drive solutions from concept to production, maturing IaC and CI/CD standards across the platform.

The role requires deep AWS experience, technical leadership, and strong scripting abilities. You will collaborate on release governance and improvements to platform resiliency in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience with Amazon Connect in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years experience with AWS architecture, serverless and event-driven patterns.
• Technical leadership to own and modernize a production contact center platform.
• Strong Infrastructure as Code skills with AWS CloudFormation and ongoing maintenance practices.
• Strong CI/CD skills with Git-driven development and pipeline design.
• Clear communication skills to collaborate on release governance, reviews, and standards.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).
