We are looking for experienced Lead Devops engineer, Bangalore having 7+yrs of experience.

We are a team of 550+ engineers, driving innovation across Product & Data Engineering, focusing on Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack, and GenAI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on architecture, scalability, security, and availability.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and Bash to streamline infrastructure management and operational workflows.
• Provision, configure, and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot containerized applications using Docker.
• Administer and support Kubernetes and OpenShift clusters in production environments.
• Troubleshoot cluster health, networking, deployments, resource utilization, and application availability.
• Implement monitoring, logging, security, and operational best practices across cloud-native environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, security, and infrastructure teams to improve deployment reliability and release efficiency.
• Participate in production incident management, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Follow DevOps best practices for automation, infrastructure standardization, and continuous delivery.

Must-Have Skills

• DevOps: 7+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience.
• AWS: Strong hands-on expertise in AWS architecture, infrastructure, networking, security, and cloud services.
• Scripting: Proficiency in Python and Bash for automation and operational tooling.
• Infrastructure as Code: Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• CI/CD: Strong experience with Jenkins, Git, pipeline development, and deployment automation.
• Kubernetes and OpenShift: Mandatory production experience administering, deploying, and troubleshooting both platforms.
• Docker: Experience in containerization, image management, and container-based application deployments.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or similar monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of Helm charts and Kubernetes package management.
• Experience with AWS EKS and OpenShift cluster operations.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, vulnerability scanning, and container security.
• Experience with high availability, disaster recovery, and production incident management.
