Job summary

C-4 Analytics is seeking a visionary Lead DevOps Engineer to transform our infrastructure from a centralized resource into a scalable, self-service platform. You will architect a secure, multi-cloud foundation (AWS/GCP) and enable engineering and non-engineering teams to build and deploy applications safely.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our infrastructure, serving as the primary Terraform-led architect for ECS clusters, data warehouses (Snowflake), and cross-cloud integrations,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering scalable, self-service infrastructure.
• Strong IAM, OAuth, and multi-cloud security knowledge.
• Proven Terraform refactoring of large environments.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure orchestration with Terraform to version and modularize infra.
• Design scalable access control models for compute resources.
• Build tooling for non-engineering teams to deploy apps securely.
• Manage multi-cloud integrations between AWS and Google Cloud.
• Integrate CI/CD practices to enable a fail-fast, enterprise-grade SDLC.
