The role demands hands-on full‑stack work with Solana, and a background in gaming or blockchain payments; 2+ years in lead or architect roles is preferred, with long‑term project potential and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as Lead Developer or Architect on production platforms (gaming or blockchain preferred).
• 2+ years of full‑stack development experience.
• Hands-on Solana experience is mandatory.
• Gaming industry experience, casino/poker/slots preferred.
• Blockchain security, payments, or transactions experience desirable.
• Experience leading development projects in gaming or blockchain payments.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform's technical architecture and guide build decisions.
• Lead and coordinate the existing development team through sprint cycles.
• Drive hands-on full-stack development with the team.
• Implement and oversee wallet integrations, transaction safety, and security at Solana.

We need an English-proficient PART-TIME Lead Developer / Architect Web3 , based in no, available to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture of the platform and guide key build decisions
• Lead and orchestrate the existing development team through sprint cycles
• Drive hands‑on full-stack development alongside the team
• Implement and oversee wallet integrations, transaction safety, and security best practices on Solana
• Ensure game logic and mechanics (poker, slots, fantasy sports) are built to industry standards

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Developer or Software Architect on production platforms, preferably in gaming or blockchain payment projects.
• Minimum 2 years of full-stack development experience.
• Hands‑on Solana experience (must-have).
• Must have gaming industry experience , preferably in casino games, poker, or slots.
• Must have blockchain experience , ideally in security, payments, or transactions.
• Must have experience leading development projects , preferably in gaming or blockchain payment systems.
• Blockchain gaming experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Available immediately for part-time, project-based work with long-term potential.

Additional Technical Skills

• Rust and/or Anchor framework experience (Solana smart contracts)
• TypeScript/JavaScript with React or Next.js
• Experience with provably fair game mechanics / RNG systems

Compensation

• The salary range offered for this part‑time position varies from (USD) $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
• This position is for a part time contract, through a payroll platform.
• The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.
