Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an English-proficient Mid Level Fullstack Engineer, based in LatAm, to work remotely. The role focuses on building internal tools: an operational hub, client portal, and dashboards, with desktop and mobile experiences using Next.js, React Native, and a modern stack including Supabase and GraphQL.

The candidate should have mid-to-senior full-stack experience, strong architecture skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to own systems with minimal

Qualifications

  • Mid-to-senior level full-stack engineering experience.
  • Strong background in system architecture, design, and scalability.
  • Strong product sense and an eye for clean, usable interfaces.
  • Experience shaping customer/user flows, not just building to spec.
  • Comfortable working across both desktop and mobile.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and working closely with leadership without needing extensive direction.
  • Self-starter capable of long-term, high-autonomy ownership of internal systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build an internal operational hub to capture client requests and manage projects.
  • Build a client portal giving clients visibility into estimates, revision requests, and project status without relying on email.
  • Build an internal dashboard for owners to monitor team productivity and project management standards.
  • Design and develop client intake forms and workflows to replace spreadsheet-based processes.
  • Develop desktop and mobile-friendly experiences for field staff connectivity (responsive web first, with native mobile via React Native as the product matures).
  • Own system architecture, design, and scalability decisions for internal tools.
  • Build clean, intuitive interfaces and user flows across internal platforms, leveraging modern component libraries and design systems.
  • Collaborate initially with an external development group managing the company's database, with the expectation of eventually taking full ownership.
  • Contribute to the development roadmap and help leadership prioritize technical work for current and future products.
  • Partner directly with leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
