• Ability to enforce standards and mentor peers; no direct people management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Insurance industry experience preferred but not required.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a hands‑on Lead Developer ('player-captain' style, not a pure people manager) to oversee and contribute to delivering a modern .NET Core/Azure/Angular enterprise platform. Focus is on strong technical oversight, enforcing best practices, and ensuring team quality—not direct management.

Hybrid: Kansas City, MO 3 days p/week on site
Multi Year Contract
Pay: $70-$75 p/hr
