Qualifications

• Proven senior-level backend development experience (C#, .NET Core).
• Experience with Angular and modern front-end frameworks (PrimeNG a plus).
• Cloud (Azure preferred), containers (AKS), and microservices architecture
• Strong grasp of agile methodologies and code quality best practices
• Ability to enforce standards and mentor peers; no direct people management required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Insurance industry experience preferred; crop insurance a plus, but not required
