Job Location: 6021 Connection Drive, Irving, Texas 75039. Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.

Job Type: Full Time

Duties: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Involved in software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, deployment and support of applications. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, business analysts, and product managers, to create innovative digital solutions that drive engagement and increase customer satisfaction. Develop, implement and configure web content management solutions. Provide status in daily standups, attend grooming sessions and provide story point estimates, provide retro feedback. Evaluate and align strategic fit solutions across platforms and solutions specific to system hardware and software technologies. Collaborate with product management, marketing and fellow technologists to understand business requirements and deliver solutions with the highest business value. Drive software development activities to meet schedules and timelines. Review merge requests to ensure all code is developed with the company code quality, performance and security best practices. Support and maintain production websites. Analyze logs periodically, get the heap dumps and thread dumps to find any performance issues and fix them. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in AEM and web development.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field followed by eight years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or eight years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in any occupation in which the required experience was gained. Position also requires one year of experience in each of the following:

  1. Develop, implement, and deliver digital experiences across different channels using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  2. Create large scale, content rich, interactive web applications using technologies like Java, J2EE by developing Components, Templates, ClientLibs in AEM Sites and AEM Assets.
  3. Develop customizable, visually appealing, and interactive components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance user experience.
  4. Integrate AEM with other Adobe technologies like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Commerce, Marketo and third-party services like AWS, WebSphere Commerce, Big Commerce to have end to end functionalities work seamlessly.
  5. Customize AEM OOB screens to add custom functionalities as per business requirements using Coral UI and Granite UI components.
  6. Develop services to support website functionalities using OSGi, Apache Sling and Apache Felix frameworks.
  7. Create and consume web services to integrate AEM with external applications like AWS, to allow transfer and consumption of data from other applications.
  8. Complete project deliverables using Agile methodologies which helps to release features incrementally through iterative sprints.
  9. Review code, identify technical debt, manage releases using tools like git, and Jenkins to maintain code quality and deliver projects with minimum issues.
