Job summary

Jobot is seeking a seasoned Permanent Detailing Manager to lead the detailing team for structural steel projects. You will develop detailing schedules, manage models, and coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction Management with at least 2 years in detailing management, and is proficient with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAD software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a detailing management role.
• Experience in managing detailing schedules and models.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailing schedules in coordination with project managers and other stakeholders.
• Oversee the creation and control of models for all projects, ensuring they meet requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure drawings and specifications are accurate and comprehensive.
• Monitor detailing progress and adjust to keep projects on time and budget.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet high standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance to the detailing team and foster continuous learning.
• Report to senior management on detailing status with insights and recommendations.
