All Things Metal Industries in West Surprise, AZ seeks an experienced Structural Steel Detailing Manager to serve as technical lead in our steel operations. This is a non-supervisory, hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality detailing while collaborating with Project Management, engineering partners, and fabrication stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring advanced Tekla Structures and AutoCAD skills, knowledge of AISC/ AWS D1.1, and a track record of coordinating BIM workflows on Arizona

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with Tekla Structures and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of AISC Manual and AWS D1.1.
• Experience supporting projects in partnership with project managers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary detailing point of contact for assigned projects.
• Review shop drawings, erection drawings, and BOMs.
• Coordinate with PMs to support schedules and milestones.
• Write and apply detailing standards and best practices.
