Johnson RV is seeking a Lead Detailer to oversee the daily detail shop operations, guide the detailing team, and ensure interior and exterior cleaning services meet company specifications. You will train staff, coordinate workflows, and ensure timely reconditioning and delivery of units.

You will perform quality checks, handle washing, waxing, and polishing, and operate buffers, carpet shampooers, and pressure washers. Strong leadership and attention to detail are essential.

Competenze

• Requires prior experience leading, training, or supervising a team.
• Detailing experience in RV/automotive/marine or similar environments is required.
• Buffing, waxing, and polishing experience is highly preferred.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.

Mansioni

• Lead, coordinate and prioritize daily workflow of the detail team to meet goals and deadlines.
• Train, mentor, and onboard new detailers; reinforce established procedures.
• Perform quality control checks and coach team members on corrections.
• Detail RVs, travel trailers, and other large vehicles inside and out (washing, vacuuming, steaming, deodorizing).
• Use waxes/polishes; operate buffers and polishers for paint correction/restoration.
• Operate carpet shampooers, pressure washers, and other detail equipment.
• Communicate with Detail Manager on scheduling and status; maintain safe work environment.
