Qualifications

• Prior automotive detailing experience required.
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred (or strong desire to grow into leadership).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of detailers to maintain high performance and morale.
• Set daily priorities and assign work to ensure efficiency and deadlines are met.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure all vehicles meet dealership standards.
• Train new hires and continuously develop team members’ skills.
• Wash, wax, and buff vehicles to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
