Gray Media's WVUE-TV/Gray Media seeks a Lead Designer to deliver top-quality visual branding across broadcast and digital platforms, collaborating with marketing leadership on multi-platform campaigns.
You will create graphics for promotions, newscasts, and client projects, manage workflows to meet budgets, and bring motion design expertise with Adobe Creative Suite to a fast-paced newsroom.

The Lead Designer is an individual contributor with a diverse skill set, allowing for adaptation to the project, whether it be broadcast or digital, news promotion or commercial client-driven. This role demands direct knowledge of all aspects of video production to independently create top-quality multi-platform visual branding. Working with a team of producers and creative leadership, the Lead Designer must efficiently produce a variety of creative assets for the station’s News Department and a variety of commercial clients.
