Job summary

Gray Media's WVUE-TV/Gray Media seeks a Lead Designer to deliver top-quality visual branding across broadcast and digital platforms, collaborating with marketing leadership on multi-platform campaigns.

You will create graphics for promotions, newscasts, and client projects, manage workflows to meet budgets, and bring motion design expertise with Adobe Creative Suite to a fast-paced newsroom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Film/Video, or related field preferred.
• Creative reel demonstrating advanced knowledge of motion graphic design, especially Adobe Creative Suite software.
• Experience in a creative environment, digital or broadcast.
• Experience with Facebook/Instagram/X, Google Analytics.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and drive meetings with local clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and creative leadership on content for expanding broadcast and digital media presence.
• Produce graphics for station promotions, commercials, newscasts, and social/digital platforms.
