Job summary

AMG Companies in New York seeks an experienced Designer to lead men's underwear and sleepwear concepts, manage fabric, trims, prints, and CAD colorings, and drive brand identity for Reebok and Lucky Brand. You will work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, create tech packs in PLM/Centric, develop mood boards, and collaborate with overseas factories to ensure quality from concept to sample.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apparel design experience.
• Advanced Illustrator skills.
• Experience with MS Excel and Outlook.
• PLM/Centric experience is a plus.
• Raspberry or other 3D/AI experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce unique designs and research tech innovations for comfort/ performance underwear and sleepwear.
• Create/update design tech packs in PLM/Centric.
• Manage calendars for multiple product lines.
• Coordinate with overseas factories to align on specs and timing.
• Review development samples for quality and design details.
• Manage CAD pages for presentations and brand approvals.
• Develop seasonal mood boards and color palettes.
• Collaborate with Sales to support CAD and sample needs.
• Forecast trends and translate concepts into market-ready ideas.
