Job summary

Hover is seeking a Lead Designer to design, prototype, test, and ship high-quality product experiences. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data partners to ensure craft and user-centered outcomes.

You’ll help evolve Hover’s design system and raise the bar for clarity, craft, and design thinking across the product. A strong portfolio and 7+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product or UX design.
• Strong fundamentals across UX, UI, and visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience solving complex design problems.
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
• A portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, high-quality work.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, test, and ship end-to-end product experiences.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and data partners.
• Contribute to and evolve Hover’s design system.
• Maintain high-quality craft, clarity, and design thinking.
