R&M Welty in Roseville, MN is seeking a Designated Coordinator to lead and train a diverse team, ensuring compliance with Minnesota 245D and delivering high-quality care to residents. The role is full-time days, with a starting wage of $27.00 per hour and a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

You will supervise operations, promote safety, and provide guidance to Direct Support Professionals while coordinating with guardians, case managers, and the community to support residents’ well-being.

Qualifications

• Must meet Minnesota Statute 245D Designated Coordinator qualifications.
• Must have 2+ years of direct staff management in a health/human services setting.
• Experience with direct care and training of staff.
• Strong communication, organization and time management.
• High school diploma or GED, valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team while upholding person-centered and professional standards.
• Supervise daily operations and compliance in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D for assigned program sites.
• Promote and protect the health and safety of persons served in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D.
• Provide training, support, and guidance for Direct Support Professionals following Minnesota Statute 245D and all applicable employment laws.
• Guide teams to effectively interact with and among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, administrative team, community, and families of persons served.
