R&M Welty in Blaine, MN is hiring a Designated Coordinator to lead a team and oversee compliance for designated sites. The role starts at $27.00 per hour, with a full-time daytime schedule and a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

The successful candidate will supervise, train, and support Direct Support Professionals, ensuring person-centered care and adherence to Minnesota Statute 245D. A strong focus on safety and teamwork is essential.

Formación

• Must meet one of the listed educational options for qualified care provision.
• 2+ years of direct staff management in health/human services.
• At least one year of full-time direct care experience.
• Experience with Minnesota 245D Designated Coordinator qualifications.
• Ability to lead and train a diverse team while upholding professional standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team while upholding person-centered and professional standards
• Supervise daily operations and compliance in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D for assigned program sites
• Promote and protect the health and safety of persons served in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D
• Provide training, support, and guidance for Direct Support Professionals following Minnesota Statute 245D and all applicable employment laws and vulnerable adult protections
• Guide teams to effectively interact with and among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, administrative team, community, and families of persons served
