Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years direct staff management in health/human services
• At least 1 year full-time direct care experience with 50 hours training
• Experience with Minnesota 245D Designated Coordinator qualifications
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team
• Proficient with technology and documentation
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Must be 21 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team while upholding person-centered and professional standards
• Supervise daily operations and compliance in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D for assigned program sites
• Promote and protect the health and safety of persons served in accordance with Minnesota Statute 245D
• Provide training, support, and guidance for Direct Support Professionals following Minnesota Statute 245D and all applicable employment laws
• Guide teams to effectively interact with and among the persons served, staff, guardians, case managers, administrative team, community, and families
