Job summary

Qualifications

• Post secondary education (University engineering degree preferred), or 5-10 years of equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design team through Product Development Process.
• Coordinate marketing support, product definition, specification, scoping and VOC.
• Perform DFMEA risk mitigation and system-level design.
• Develop validation plans and design documentation.
• Mentor team members and manage budgets.
• Facilitate weekly design reviews and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
