High Concrete Group LLC seeks an Associate Engineer Design Team Leader to oversee engineering design and coordination on assigned projects. You will lead engineers, modelers, and checkers, ensuring drawings meet contract requirements and production readiness.

Responsibilities include managing BIM models, coordinating submittals, and collaborating with project managers to meet budgets and schedules. Strong communication and precast expertise are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Preferred).
• Minimum two years related experience in the precast industry.
• Mastery of precast drawing techniques.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, organization and problem solving skills.
• Computer skills in spreadsheets/databases and Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of engineers, modelers and checkers during the design phase.
• Review contract drawings to identify problems, missing information or conflicts.
• Develop and communicate information requests from internal/external customers.
• Oversee development of BIM model drawings conforming to contract docs.
• Monitor schedules to ensure timely release of information.
• Provide guidance to improve project design and efficiency.
