High Concrete Group LLC in Denver, PA seeks an Associate Engineer Design Team Leader to oversee engineering design and coordination for assigned precast projects. You will lead engineers, modelers, and checkers, review drawings for issues, and drive information requests to ensure timely submittals and contract conformance.

The role emphasizes leadership, design oversight, BIM model development, and collaboration with internal customers to maximize efficiency and production readiness.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Preferred), Bachelor in Business Administration, Associate Degree in Technology.
• Minimum two years related experience in the precast industry (engineering process).
• Mastery of techniques, skills, best practices to produce all precast related drawings.
• Excellent communication skills, facilitation, organization and problem solving skills.
• Computer skills in spreadsheets/databases and Microsoft Office Suite software.

Mansioni

• Lead, direct and facilitate a team of engineers, modelers, and checkers during the design phase on assigned projects.
• Review contract drawings to identify problems, missing information or conflicts.
• Develop and effectively communicate requests for additional information from internal/external customers.
• Lead meetings to facilitate the design process.
• Perform complete document management for assigned projects.
• Ensure adherence to HCG design standards on assigned projects.
• Oversee and manage the development of an engineering BIM model drawings in conformance with contract documents.
• Monitor schedules to ensure timely release of information and submittals.
• Provide guidance to the design to enhance efficiency.
• Provide engineering support during manufacturing and shipping phases.
• Accountable for project engineering budget and quality.
• Develop relationships with internal work centers.
• Identify and quantify design scope changes to support PCO process.
• Direct and oversee design closeout functions and archives.
• Commit to Continuous Process Improvement and submit new product ideas.
