OpenTalent is seeking an engineering leader to drive Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and Systems teams focused on lithium-ion power products. The role includes guiding the product lifecycle, technical leadership, and collaboration with customers to shape specifications and future growth.

You will act as the primary technical interface with customers, shepherding engineering decisions from concept through delivery while evaluating emerging technologies for product development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and Systems Engineering teams, with a primary focus on lithium-ion power products.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for future product growth and development.
• Act as the primary technical interface with customers and provide engineering leadership throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead technical specification development.
