Job summary

You will guide engineers, conduct testing, and collaborate across functions to ensure manufacturability, quality, and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering required; MS preferred.
• Six years of experience in a design engineering role.
• Ability to write and present thorough status and technical reports.
• Knowledge of firearm processing technologies and related manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to product development by creating new platforms and derivatives.
• Plan, conduct and document hands-on product testing.
• Lead a team of engineers to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Develop design improvements and execution strategies for cost and time.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering

Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
