Job summary

Clark Pacific in West Sacramento, CA is seeking a Project Superintendent, Design Build to lead field operations, safety, quality, and scheduling. You’ll oversee self-perform and key trade contractors, coordinate with design teams and owner stakeholders, and report to the Senior Project Manager to drive projects to on-time completion within budget.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of construction experience, 3 in a superintendent role is required.
• Undergraduate degree with a specialization in construction management or civil engineering is preferred.
• Parking structure experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams to ensure safety, quality, and schedule.
• Plan and coordinate Clark Pacific’s self-perform and trade scopes with design and owner teams.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce safety programs.
• Manage project budgets and cost control.
• Report to the (Senior) Project Manager and ensure on-time completion.
• Lead relationships with stakeholders and oversee field operations with a focus on safety and quality.
