St Anne’s Community Services is looking for a Deputy Manager to lead our Hull complex care and outreach service. You will support adults with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities, guiding a skilled staff team and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.

You will oversee risk management and safeguarding, collaborate with external agencies and drive continuous improvement while maintaining compassionate leadership and a flexible approach to staffing and duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in like-for-like service.
• Willing to complete an NVQ, as stated.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Manager in day-to-day running of the supported living service, ensuring regulatory standards are met.
• Provide compassionate leadership to a team of support workers.
• Oversee person-centred support for clients with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours.
• Contribute to risk assessments, support planning and crisis management.
• Liaise with external agencies and professionals to ensure joined-up support.
• Lead recruitment, staff development and quality improvement initiatives.
