Qualifications

• Experience within residential childcare.
• Diploma level 3 or equivalent required.
• Flexibility – 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with possible evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support and work with the Manager to deliver outstanding standards of care.
• Provide supervision and values-led management.
• Record and report to support home operations and quality of care.
• Manage the home in the Manager's absence and role-model best practice.
• Promote safeguarding, teamwork and development of staff and residents.
