We’re looking for a compassionate, person-centred and motivated Deputy Manager to help lead our new complex care and outreach service in Hull.
This is an exciting opportunity to support clients with a range of complex needs, including mental health, learning disabilities, and behaviours that may challenge.
Working alongside the service manager, you’ll help create safe, stable and person-centred services where people are supported to build independence, achieve positive outcomes and live with dignity, choice and control.
You’ll provide visible day‑to‑day leadership, support and develop colleagues, oversee high-quality support planning and risk management, and work closely with partners to ensure responsive, joined‑up support. You’ll bring calm decision‑making, strong communication and a commitment to trauma‑informed practice, safeguarding and continuous improvement.
