Qualifications

• One year of experience at Departmental Supervisor 11 or similar level; or two years at lower supervisory roles; or three years in related supervisor roles.
• Work must be performed in the state of Michigan.
• Hybrid remote work: residents can work remotely on Mon, Thu, Fri; onsite Tue, Wed.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a group of supervisors to elevate team performance.
• Monitor operations, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.
• Promote a positive, inclusive culture and empower staff to succeed.
• Serve as problem solver, decision maker, and calm voice during busy periods.
• Partner with leadership to implement new processes and improve efficiency.
