Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct Eligibility Specialists in the Local Office.
• Provide support and guidance to staff to ensure proper application of policies for financial, medical, food, and emergency assistance programs.
• Serve as a resource on policy interpretation and case review; advise on program policy and compliance.
