Job summary

Dental Metrics Maven in South Jersey is seeking a Denture Technician / Lead Removable Technician to take denture cases from start to finish with minimal supervision. The role prioritizes strong analog denture skills and the ability to own the removable department in a small lab.

Experience with digital denture equipment is a plus, but the focus is on traditional techniques. This on-site, full-time position offers a competitive hourly target and growth opportunities within a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Strong analog denture skills with end‑to‑end denture production experience.
• Ability to work independently in a small team.
• Experience with dentures, relines, tooth additions, and repairs.
• Read prescriptions, models, and case instructions.
• Detail‑oriented with strong manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate full and partial dentures from start to finish.
• Perform denture setups, processing, finishing, and polishing.
• Complete denture repairs, relines, tooth additions, and related work.
• Read and interpret prescriptions, models, and case instructions.
• Ensure proper occlusion, fit, function, and esthetics.
